Intercommz, a transformative solution born from the challenge of streamlining communication, task management, and scheduling within a single, versatile workspace. In this journey, I navigated research revelations and ushered the product through Agile development, delivering a game-changing solution for seamless collaboration.
Challenge
As Intercommz took shape, the challenge lay in addressing the scattered landscape of juggling apps for communication, task management, and meetings. Unearthing user flow errors during research, we set out to redefine efficiency.
Introducing comprehensive admin control and multi-workspace functionality added layers to the challenge, demanding meticulous attention to detail.

Approach
To conquer the challenge, I orchestrated a development pace synchronized with Agile methodology, ensuring swift deliverables. The introduction of granular admin control empowered users, offering oversight of chats, files, and messages.
Multi-workspace capabilities were seamlessly integrated, culminating in the birth of Intercommz—an all-encompassing solution for streamlined, unified workspaces.
